OK, it’s true that we’ve posted a lot about Cuban maestro Leo Brouwer in the last year, between our Summer 2018 CG cover story, our coverage of him at the GFA in Louisville, Kentucky, sharing a fascinating onstage interview with him by Stephen Goss and John Williams, publishing a Method column with tips on playing Brouwer’s Danza Caracteristica, and reprising a great 2008 interview from the pages of Classical Guitar.
