Happy 124th birthday (February 21) to the Maestro—Andrés Segovia, unquestionably the most influential guitarist of the modern era.  We are fortunate that so much of Segovia’s long career—he played into his 90s—was documented on recordings (beginning in the 1920s), television, and video.
