OK, I know it’s time to leave the Louisville GFA behind, after covering it intensively for a week. But I wanted to leave you with this video of 16-year-old Mexican guitarist Julio César Robles (López)—winner of the GFA’s 2018 Senior Division competition—playing a spellbinding version of Sérgio Assad’s gorgeous Valseana, the middle movement of his 1986 masterpiece, Aquarelle.
