Here’s a wonderful piece, played beautifully by 17-year-old Montenegrin guitarist Nadja Janković. The Grand Sonata by Niccoló Paganini (1782–1840) was originally written for violin and guitar—the composer was highly proficient on both—but has been adapted in our time for solo guitar, as well. Janković is yet another amazing young guitarist who was tutored by the German guitar teacher Stefan Schmidt. No doubt she will soon be conquering audiences all over the world! —Blair Jackson
